Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and drive a thriving omni-channel demand generation marketing strategy- including all aspects of digital marketing, website, sponsorships, events, print, apparel, and fleet management
  • Support and oversee all corporate communications and internal communications channels
  • Work closely with the sales team to assist them in meeting or exceeding their sales goals by providing them with creative tools, materials, and presentations and nurture campaigns
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media identity and recognition
  • Enhance and support the development of the brand and all brand communications and positioning in the market
  • Design, establish and bring to fruition best-practice content marketing strategiesManage and oversee all internal and external marketing communicationsPlans and oversees advertising and promotion activities that support
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers, senior leadership and key strategic partners
  • Experienced in digital marketing disciplines, from SEM/SEO, display and social to mobile and beyond, with track record of proven results
  • Employ cutting edge digital marketing techniques to attract the attention of target audiences, drive action, and understand and manage brand reputation
  • Partner closely with product teams, sales, and other marketing functions to define and lead growth initiatives that drive acquisition, retention, expansion, and referrals.
  • Understand our target audience and personas, design experiments, develop campaign strategies, and drive execution of campaigns.
  • Partner closely with website, product, and support teams to continuously test, optimize and improve user experience, engagement and conversion metrics
  • Plan, build and execute multichannel digital programs and tactics to drive brand awareness and user acquisition at scale.
  • Develop, implement, and own B2B content strategy that serves the entire buyer journey across different personas, industries, and geographies, with a goal to increase brand awareness and drive revenue.
  • Identify insights based on customer engagement and analytics and define strategic priorities and requirements to deliver business results.
  • Write, edit, and direct the creation of content, and own and execute the content production process.
  • Produce compelling narratives that help our prospects and clients see how Cloudbyz platform empowers them to achieve their business goals.
  • Create and manage a B2B marketing editorial calendar that aligns with demand generation, product marketing, and sales goals.
  • Develop and monitor team goals and objectives, provide critical input into the preparation of the annual budget, and lead the delivery of internal team projects.Own metrics and reporting for all growth efforts for Marketing including awareness metrics, acquisition metrics, conversion rates, retention rates, and others. Maintain a data-first approach to continually measure and optimize performance.
Must-Haves :
  • 5+ years experience in growth marketing and digital marketing. History of building and executing growth strategies at B2B tech/ SaaS companies.
  • Experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences industry especially Research & Development and Clinical trials.
  • Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing best practices, and how to engage prospects and customers at multiple points through the customer journey, from awareness to retention and referrals, with a keen test-and-learn mindset.
  • Digital marketing expertise, with demonstrated success creating and executing multichannel digital programs at scale.
  • Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels. Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable changes.
  • Results-oriented and data-driven, with the Experience working cross-functionally with creatives, product teams, sales and other marketing functions.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams. Can clearly articulate ideas, frame problems and offer solutions.
  • Strategic perspective coupled with a hands-on attitude
  • Strong knowledge of demand generation strategies and methodologies for testingIndependent, self-motivated and success-driven, and willing to work within a team environment to bring innovative ideas to the organization
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills with impeccable attention to details
  • Leadership of high-impact content marketing efforts
