Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Strategic partnerships Manager who is able to navigate across a complex organization and network, and operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Our Strategic Alliance Partnerships Manager will strengthen and solidify Cloudbyz’s relationship and partnership with our strategic partners including Salesforce, Google and Xactly leveraging input from our Product & Practice leaders and ultimately driving our partner goals. This person will demonstrate a passion for Innovative products and solutions as evidenced by direct experience fostering relationships with prospective partners, current clients, and relevant stakeholders.

You build trusted relationships among partners and Cloudbyz leadership, and continually articulate Cloudbyz’s value proposition to the leadership teams of strategic partners. You establish a collaborative environment where key leaders from each organization can meet to identify new market opportunities that drive incremental revenues for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evangelize and market Cloudbyz products, solutions and brand to create awareness and mindshare for Cloudbyz’s strategic applications and platform with key alliances partners
  • Support partner business development efforts that promote the creation of sales pipeline and initiatives
  • Work integrally with the sales team to execute on sales strategies, account penetration and opportunity development
  • Create and execute annual business plans for Cloudbyz partner organizations to assist in Cloudbyz products, services and competency development and partner-focused high growth initiatives
  • Work closely with the Cloudbyz Marketing team to create a marketing plan that supports the alliance business objectives. Provide support and oversight to the marketing campaigns and event execution. Coordinate with colleagues to ensure collateral is up-to-date.
  • Drive a regular cadence between Cloudbyz and partner stakeholders (Alliance team, Partner Sales, Sales, Co-Primes, Development, Industry Teams, etc.)
  • Drive ACV, managing the Partner Trailblazer Score, cascading SF events to practice resources, coordinating in-person events/meetings for Dreamforce or Connections, etc.
  • Identify, establish, and develop key executive relationships within the partner organizations including leadership, marketing and market development, innovative solution positioning, architecture, practice development and solutions development functions.
Experience
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies, including senior-level executives, consulting resources, technical teams, and sales representatives.
  • Experience fostering and driving relationships within the Salesforce and Google ecosystem.
  • Demonstrable proof of producing measurable results of influenced revenue or channel sales in the Salesforce or other technology partner ecosystems
  • Help facilitate training for Cloudbyz product managers and practitioners on Salesforce offerings and help track and plan training and certifications in order to achieve our Certification ambitions
Qualification
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a channel sales role, partnering with technology services organizations
  • At least 5+ years of experience within the Salesforce or Google Ecosystem
  • Excellent organizational skills, proactive and able to take initiative
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, with strong attention to detail
