    As a technical strategy, Cloudbyz implemented its Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and Clinical Trial Budget Management (CTBM) in two phases, respectively. In phase I, CTMS was deployed successfully post user training and validation to restructure and digitalize the entire process management.
