Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager with over 5+ years of experience in similar roles, specializing in Salesforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing product innovation and the roadmap, ensuring that our solutions meet market needs and drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce-based applications.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and release planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a product evangelist, providing internal and external stakeholders with a clear understanding of product features and benefits.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of product releases.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Salesforce platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on Salesforce-based applications.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex software products.
• Expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, customer feedback, and product performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, or similar certifications.
• Experience in the life sciences industry or with eClinical solutions such as CTMS, eTMF, EDC, RTSM, Safety & Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs etc.
