We are expanding our global customer support center in India to provide 24/7 support to our clients.

Job Description

We are looking for five enthusiastic and skilled Support Engineers with 1 to 3 years of experience in Salesforce configurations and development. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our global customers, ensuring seamless operation and maintenance of our Salesforce-based applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 24/7 technical support for Salesforce configurations and development-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Salesforce applications, configurations, and custom development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of Salesforce applications.
  • Document and update customer interactions and technical procedures in the ticketing system.
  • Assist in the deployment of new Salesforce features, updates, and customizations.
  • Educate and guide customers on best practices for using Salesforce applications effectively.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure round-the-clock support coverage.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Salesforce configurations and development.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including user management, security, data management, and workflow automation.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, or similar certifications.
  • Experience working in a customer support or technical support role.
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and practices.
  • Knowledge of integration platforms and tools such as MuleSoft or Informatica.
