Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership within the SaaS and Life Sciences industries, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and build high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and product offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales metrics and data to measure performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely insights.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
  • Represent Cloudbyz at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the SaaS and Life Sciences industries.
  • Strong understanding of the eClinical landscape and the challenges faced by life sciences companies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
